Clearing clutter should be an ongoing part of your clutter control strategies. You need to be constantly assessing your environment and conducting regular declutter sessions in order to get rid of stuff that does not add anything of value to your life.

Failing to engage in the clutter control strategy of one in and one out will quickly lead to the accumulation of more and more stuff in your environment. Stress, anxiety and even depression can quickly follow.

Which of the following possibilities are the reason you can't get rid of clutter?

Emotional Interference Are you afraid that you might throw out something useful?
